About Ainsley

I've always loved being around kids and helping them learn, grow, and have fun. Growing up, my mom babysat younger children, so I spent a lot of time around kids and naturally developed a passion for childcare at a young age. I also help care for my younger baby cousins, which has taught me patience, responsibility, and how to connect with children of different ages. I enjoy creating a fun, positive environment where kids feel safe, happy, and encouraged to be themselves. Whether we're playing outside, doing crafts, reading stories, playing board games, or coming up with new activities, I love keeping children engaged and making sure they're having fun. I understand the importance of following family routines and communicating with parents about their child's day. I'm also happy to help with light housekeeping and tidying after activities. My goal is to create a safe, caring, and exciting environment where children can learn, play, and thrive!
