About Ainsley

Hi everyone! My name is Ainsley, I'm 20 years old, and I'm currently a UL nursing student with 5 years of childcare experience. My background includes both babysitting and working as a daycare teacher with infants, toddlers, and young preschoolers (ages 4 weeks-4 years), though I also have experience with older children. I hold multiple certifications to ensure the highest level of safety and care. I am patient, observant, and committed to creating a calm, nurturing environment. My top priorities are children's safety and happiness, family comfort and trust, and strong communication and respect. I truly love what I do, and I'm dedicated to supporting each child's growth, comfort, and joy.
