I had trouble communicating with Aimee. My ad clearly stated that I was looking for a live-in caregiver, 24 hours a day, one week on and one week off. She contacted me about the job, and I repeated that we were looking for a live-in. and asked if that was what she was looking for. She said yes when can I start. Then we talked back and forth more, I said I would need to talk to her, check background, etc., and finally she said "24 hours?" And I said "Yes, a live in, as I said. 24 hours a day 7 days a week, for a week, and then a week off." And she said she couldn't do that because she has kids. She may be a very good caregiver, but her communication skills are poor, and this was a waste of my time.
