About Aimee

My name is Aimee (she/her), and I focus on being nurturing, affirming, and reliable. It is important to me to treat children with respect, curiosity, and compassion. I love to read books, play pretend, do crafts, and encourage independent play. I especially love caring for babies, but I am comfortable with all ages! I worked in non-profit healthcare management for over a decade, and I have experience with patient care and counseling. I am trained in adult and pediatric CPR/BLS, but my certification recently expired. I plan to recertify soon. I have a reliable car and I can accommodate up to two children with car seats. I am also a DONA-trained birth doula. I currently have open availability. I would love to connect with a family for occasional evenings and weekends or regular days. My rates start at $23/hour for one child. In my personal time I love to read nonfiction and novels, cross-stitch, and observe my neighborhood from my hammock.
