About Ailsa

Over the past two years, I have loved working with children and creating a fun, safe, and supportive environment for kids of all ages. As a college student at Babson College and a member of the Babson Women's Volleyball team, I bring energy, responsibility, and patience to every family I work with. I have experience caring for children ages 4-11 and enjoy staying active with them through outdoor games, sports, arts and crafts, puzzles, and other engaging activities. I am First Aid certified and a strong swimmer, allowing me to confidently supervise children during water activities while prioritizing safety. I value clear communication and am happy to provide updates throughout the day using your preferred method of contact. I am also willing to help with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and keeping play areas organized. My goal is to be someone both parents and children can trust while supporting your family's needs.
