We interviewed Aileen for a full time nanny position and loved her. I was ready to make her an offer but was in a bind and needed to hire someone who could start immediately. I really wish I could have made it work with her - she had great references, perfect experience and a fun personality. My kids were truly drawn to her from the first minute they met her. You really can't ask for anything more in a nanny and any family would be lucky to have her.
