If you are thinking about hiring Aileen, this is your sign to do it! She was a great part time nanny to my 1 year old. Aileen is very punctual and was always on time. The few times, she was running a few minutes late, she communicated ahead of time. We also appreciated Aileen’s flexibility with our daughter’s ever changing schedule. My daughter loved playing with Aileen and laughed so much with her. She is great with kids and is caring. Aileen truly became a part of our family
