About Aileen

Hi, my name is Aileen, but everyone calls me Nana :) I'm a caring and dependable babysitter who loves working with kids because they are our future. I started working with children in 2024, shortly after graduating high school, and I enjoy creating a safe, structured, and fun environment where kids can explore, learn, and grow. I believe every child's ideas matter and that their imagination is limitless, so I encourage them to dream big and feel confident in what they can achieve. I bring patience, creativity, and clear communication to every interaction, helping children build confidence while keeping routines consistent and age-appropriate. I enjoy planning fun and educational activities, listening to their stories, and celebrating their achievements big or small. My goal is to not only care for children but also support parents by making life a little easier and ensuring every child feels happy, safe, and supported.
