About Aileen

I have experience working in elementary school settings in both instructional and behavioral support roles. As a Teacher Assistant and classroom teacher, I supported daily instruction, worked closely with students to reinforce academic skills, and helped create a positive, structured learning environment. I collaborated with lead teachers to manage classrooms, support lesson delivery, and address individual student needs. In addition, I have worked as a Behavior Interventionist supporting children with behavioral challenges and children with autism. In this role, I implemented behavior intervention plans, provided one-on-one support, reinforced positive behaviors, and assisted students in developing social, emotional, and communication skills. Across all roles, I demonstrated patience, adaptability, strong communication skills, and a commitment to supporting children's academic and personal growth.
