I hired Aileana to care for my now 8-month-old son, and I truly can’t say enough good things about her! She is incredibly friendly and outgoing, so we hit it off on a personal level immediately. She’s an incredible communicator—clear about her expectations, asks thoughtful questions if anything needs clarification, and always responds quickly. It makes everything feel so easy and comfortable. I had a hard time finding a caregiver that was reliable, but Aileana has been just that. My son lights up when he sees her, and it’s obvious how much she genuinely cares about him. Seeing how sweetly they interact gives me such peace of mind. I feel incredibly lucky to have found her, and I wholeheartedly recommend her to any family looking for someone who will love and care for their child as if they were their own!
