About Ailea

Hi! I'm a graduate student at UCCS and love to run, read, and try new coffee shops. I'd describe my personality as ambitious, optimistic, and dependable! I like working with kids because it's rewarding and reminds me of how simple life can be. I'm looking for a job that is flexible and allows me to develop my skills and allows me to learn more about myself and enhance my skills. I started working with kids when I was in high school. In undergrad, I tutored kids to help out their parents, which evolved into me helping out their families with other errands. I tutored in my undergrad, so I have experience with a wide variety of ages/skill levels. One thing you should know about me is that I will put safety first! I'm hard working and meticulous, so I'm a great fit to follow your routines and respect your time. My skills include patience, communication , and problem-solving.
