About Ailani

My name is Ailani, and I have a genuine passion for caring for and supporting elderly individuals. I have experience working in an assisted living home, where I assisted residents with their daily needs and provided companionship, patience, and understanding. I truly enjoy building meaningful connections with seniors and making sure they feel comfortable, respected, and well cared for. I also have a reliable car and am able to help residents with errands, appointments, and other transportation needs. Being able to make a positive difference in their daily lives is what motivates me to continue working in caregiving.
