About Aila
Experience: 3 yrs
I am looking to help with child care, tutoring, pet sitting. I am a licensed French teacher in Minnesota, I have a car, and I am currently in a Masters program for Education Leadership. I have three years of teaching experience and love to work with ages 2-12. I am looking for a reliable abd communicative family that will welcome me in. I strive to communicate effectively with parents and ensure kids are having their developmental needs met. For example, I do well with montessori techniques to give kids the strength to be independent and communicate their own needs. I hope to be a dependable asset to your family's needs.
