I have been in childcare for 12+ years. My experience has been primarily centered around infants and toddlers; however I have provided care for all ages. I find joy in the daily minutiae that comes with childcare and find that maintaining a calm mindset amidst the chaos, comes natural to me. I strive for clear communication (e. g., daily routines, scheduling, task coordination, developmental priorities) and highly value receiving (and providing) feedback. My daily focus is to be emotionally present and engaged; as well as highly observant. Finding ways to give time back to parents, by noticing household needs and patterns is important to me. I genuinely cherish the relationships I have been able to build with the families I've worked with, and would be happy to provide letters of reference; as well as any documentation you may need (e. g., driving record, background check, CPR/First Aid).
