- I'm a Certified Nursing Assistant with 6 years of experience in assisting patients with daily living activities, taking vital signs, and supporting their comfort and safety. I work closely with nurses and families to provide compassionate, respectful care and ensure each patient's needs are met. A list of my expertise include; 1. Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) - bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding. 2. Support patient mobility - transfers, turning, walking assistance. 3. Measure and record vital signs - BP, temperature, pulse, respiration. 4. Provide help with toileting and maintain hygiene. 5. Observe and report changes in condition to nursing staff. 6. Assist with meal preparation and ensure proper nutrition. 7. Offer emotional support and companionship. 8. Keep patient environment clean, safe, and organized. 9. Follow infection control and safety protocols. 10. Assist nurses with basic medical procedures when needed.
