I'm a nurturing, creative, and responsible childcare provider with over a decade of experience caring for children of all ages. My passion for childcare began as a summer camp intern at the YMCA where I fell in love with childcare. I have been a nanny to many families, a sitter, and a caregiver for special needs, patients with cerebral palsy and the elderly. 

With a patient, calm, and friendly personality, I strive to create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for your child. I believe in open and regular communication with parents and follow their preferred method to provide updates on their child's day or any issues that arise.

I'm comfortable enforcing household rules as guided by the parents and enjoy a variety of games with children, including outdoor sports, board games, and educational games that promote learning. Throughout my career, I've cared for up to four children at a time and have experience with children of all ages, from infants to teenagers.

Ahnissa is truly amazing! She is so sweet and kind. She is patient and nurturing. She was reliable and we got to enjoy a date night worry free. The moment she got here I felt warmth and comfort and knew my son would be in great hands. We will definitely want her back in our home!

Ahnissa has been babysitting our youngest daughter since she was 6 months old and now babysits both her and our youngest daughter (8 months old). She is trustworthy, reliable, always on time and our daughters love her & get super excited when she visits. 2 kids under 2 is no problem for her! Ahnissa has great energy and communicates effectively. We never have to worry worry that our girls are in great hands under her care. 100% recommend

Ahnissa is the only person I trust outside of my family to watch my son! She is incredibly professional, warm, kind and communicative. In addition to babysitting for my son, she has also babysat for multiple children at once (including infants) when friends have come into town to visit. We were all so appreciative of her keeping us updated on the kiddos while we were out and sharing pictures. 

Ahnissa has a very warm energy about her.  My 2.5 year old daughter was immediately comfortable with Ahnissa and took her by the hand to show her toys.  I received photos and updates through out the evening.  Bedtime went great while I was gone. Ahnissa clearly is meant to work with kids.

Ahnissa is very sweet. Our family loved her. My son usually stays on his room playing his video game but he interacted a lot with her. They watched a movie and talked about his games. She was also very patient with our not so friendly Maltese. We would definitely hire her again. Ahnissa has great energy and exceeded our expectations.

Ahnissa cared for my three daughters for 7 months and she is everything a parent or guardian could want in a caregiver. Ahnissa is dependable, punctual, and never called in sick. Ahnissa responsibilities included, but were not limited to the following: feeding, transporting to and from school, taking them to activities, assisting with daily chores, laundry, and pet care. Ahnissa's best quality is that she is extremely patient which comes in handy when dealing with three children who are ages 5, 4, and 3. She is also very mature, handles discipline issues impeccably, and is overall a lovely person to be around. Every time I asked Ahnissa to help me with something or complete something around the house, she never hesitated to get the task done. The only reason Ahnissa no longer cares for my daughters is due to my health and we miss her dearly. My daughters continue to ask about her and ask to see her again. All in all, any family would be lucky to have Ahnissa in their lives. 

Super nice and bubbly. She seemed really great with kids based on our first interview. Unfortunately she didn't call or show up for a 2nd interview. Later she responded back explaining she thought it was another day.

Ahnissa had worked for me since my little boy was 2 months old. I felt comfortable leaving my baby with her from day one. She is professional, on time and very sweet. I am still in touch with her for any future babysitting needs and to refer her to friends.

Ahnissa watched my daughter (now 11 months) a few times and she is very sweet and caring. I am a stay at home mom so my daughter is not use to being left with anyone but Ahnissa did great. She was kind and understanding and I feel confident that my daughter is in good hands while I'm gone. 
I also have a very large, active dog and Ahnissa did well with her too. I have recommended Ahnissa to many friends who use her for babysitting also.

Ahnissa watched my 19 month old daughter last minute. She responded within the hour to my job posting and showed up on time that same night. When she arrived, she eagerly greeted my daughter and made her feel comfortable. Seeing her interact with my daughter put any worries I had about leaving her with someone I just met to rest. Throughout the evening Ahnissa updated us on our daughter via text message per our request and again this eased my mind. Our date went over the scheduled time and Ahnissa was willing to stay later than agreed upon. I would use her again in the future.

I had the pleasure of having Ahnissa care for my 14 month old daughter.  She responded quick to my job posting and showed great interest in the care of my baby girl.  She showed up on time (15 minutes earlier) with a warming smile.  My baby had no problem hanging out with Ahnissa.  The nervousness of leaving my baby did not arise because Ahnissa had great vibes.  I will be keeping Ahnissa contact information for further care jobs.
