I'm also an Accelerated nursing student at Marymount University. I love working with elderly because It makes me feel good knowing that I make the their lives better. I have 2 years experience working as a Home Health Aide. And things I did at my previous job was assist clients with completing activities of daily living -bathing, feeding, grooming and dressing -to preserve quality of life, documented the physical, mental and social status of clients, reported any abnormal changes to the clinical team, administered medications and completed documentation, reported any changes in client's condition to the clinical team and coordinated and scheduled age-appropriate activities for clients to maintain coordination and fine motor skills. I'm CPR trained and I also have Medication and Home Health Aide certificate. I am fully vaccinated

Ahmeda was a wonderful caregiver for my brother who had suffered right side brain aneurysm. So caring and very communicative with me as I was trying to manage his care remotely. In constant communication with me in regards to my brother's needs. She also put me in contact with a few other excellent caregivers who were able to fill in gaps in care. I really respected her honesty the few times I had inadvertently overpaid her and she had pointed it out to me. The only reason she is no longer caring for him is because I moved him out of the area to be closer to family, but I am so glad to have had her care for my brother while he was in the DC area.
