About Ahleysha

Hi! My name is Ahleysha, and I currently work as a pre-k teacher at E Renzi Development Center I have hands on experience creating a safe, fun, and engaging environment while helping children learn through play, routines, and age appropriate activities. I'm also pursuing my degree in Elementary Education at bpcc. My long term goal is to become a kindergarten teacher. Working with children is something I'm truly passionate about, and I love helping kids reach strong developmental goals. I strive to be patient, dependable, and nurturing while also providing structure and consistency. Whether we're reading books, doing crafts, practicing letters and numbers, playing outside, or simply having fun together, I always make sure children feel safe and cared for. I understand how important it is for parents to trust the person caring for their child, and I treat every child with the same kindness and respect.
