My name is Agrey. I am a Certified Nurses Assistant (CNA) and a Medical Technician. I have been working in health care for over 30 years. I worked in Nursing Homes. Putnam Hospital Center and in people's homes caring for the sick and elderly.

Agrey is everything you need and also many things you didn't know you needed. There were times when we were uncertain and Agrey's wisdom and loving presence held it all together. A team of us friends came together to care for our decades-long elderly neighbor who had no family to care for her. I found Agrey on care.com and even from our first phone call I felt Agrey's kind and experienced support. Agrey provided full time care for our friend for the last four months of her life and she was a guide and support to our team of friends too. 
Agrey is an expert at taking care of someone's medical needs. She's a keen observer who knows what's needed and she also anticipates challenges. Her patience is endless. She pays attention to daily shifts in mood and motivation and adapts quickly. Agrey's coordination with hospice is precise, and her experienced assessments are invaluable in the process of navigating healthcare with doctors. She is five stars on all medical and bodily needs and her attention and energy about all of it is constant.
My neighbor's home has never been as clean, tidy, and organized as when Agrey was there. My neighbor herself hadn't looked so put together in years! My friend's hair finally had the attention it needed, her nails were always clean and beautiful, and Agrey picked out sweaters, scarves, and socks that were cozy and perfect. This daily part of life became a delight rather than a burden, and this is a special gift that Agrey has. She makes it all possible with a loving presence. 
It's hard for me to write a short review. I keep thinking about meaningful moments with Agrey - she made my neighbor's birthday special. She made the holidays beautiful. She knew how to make my neighbor comfortable and noticed everything. Our team of friends was able to focus on connecting meaningfully with our friend because Agrey handled everything. 
Whatever the situation is, I know Agrey will be there with wisdom, patience, and an inspiring generosity. I am forever grateful.

Agrey is five stars in all the ways you need and some you didn't know you needed. Our practically family elderly neighbor wanted to live the end of her life at home and for four months Agrey made that possible with  dignity, compassion, and humor. Agrey is wise and experienced and she is able to hold the space for people to navigate their own complicated feelings during the most vulnerable of times. Agrey did this not just for my friend in her care but for our whole friend group. 
Agrey's generosity of heart is endlessly deep and she is able to meet people where they are at. She is mindful, confidential, careful, and fully committed to every task before her. 
Besides holding my friend's heart, and all of ours, she is an expert at all of the day-to-day care of bodily needs and meticulous in safety and medical matters. 
And a great cook. And keeps everything clean and tidy. And had my friend looking beautiful with personal touches like favorite scarves and sweaters. One more important thing - Agrey has an incredible niece who is a part of her team for overnights or if more care is needed.

Our whole group of friends is forever grateful to Agrey. 

We were nervous because we had never had a caregiver in our home before. But when Agrey arrived, she immediately bonded with my Dad (the patient) and put the whole immediate family at ease. Her kind and loving care of my Dad seemed to have no limits, even when his Alzheimer's made him angry and combative. She is a very highly skilled caregiver with a wealth of experience and great communication skills. The fact is she was always caring for my mom Mom too, as she dealt with the looming loss of my father and the strain of seeing his care through to the end. We are all better off for having Agrey in our lives. She also recommended great weekend and overnight caregivers when shifted to 24 hour care.

I hired Agrey to assist me after having a hip replacement.  She has specialized experience and knowledge of the care of a post- op orthopedic patient.  She assisted me in my daily living chores and helped me to understand what pre-cautions I must follow and would immediately let me know if I was doing something that could be harmful.  She has a very positive outlook which helped me look at my situation with a more positive attitude.  She is totally reliable in showing up and absolutely dependable.  I would highly recommend her to anyone coming from the hospital or a rehab facility after any orthopedic surgery.
