Agnes always does a thorough job cleaning our house! She is super nice, and happy to do additional things such as baseboards or cleaning the oven if needed. Her prices are very reasonable, and she does a wonderful job. Very flexible with scheduling as well. 

I’d give 0 if I could. Agnes agreed to come by to quote me on deep-cleaning 1x/mo. My place is hard to find, and GPS ALWAYS gets it wrong. I gave her my address AND a detailed map of my subdivision & told her to text me if she couldn’t find it. 15 minutes after she said she’s on her way, she texted & said she can’t find it & was going home. I told her I’d go outside to help her turn @ the right spot. She said no she had to go. Maybe she thought I was a serial killer trying to lure her in…in broad daylight. With peopel all around. Sure….
I understand exercising caution, but almost nobody can ever find my place. It’s not hidden, and the buildings are close to each other. I’m in a condo development and am so close to my neighbors that I could hit about 10 different units with a rock from my front porch. There’s not much to worry about.

Anyway, after a threat to contact care.com and me standing on the sidewalk to help her find my place, she showed up. I tried to be accommodating with my cleaning requests offering to take some things off the list if she didn’t want to do them because I sensed that something was off. Her attitude was bothersome, and now I’m thinking once a month wasn’t enough for her. However, she knew that information going in. She texted me later that evening to say she got more work and couldn’t fit me in.

Since she was close in proximity, and I figured it would be an easy job, I didn’t bother to set up any other appointments. I suffer from health/medical problems & really need the help. Now I have to go back to searching, setting up appointments, and wait longer to get the help I need. 

She wasted my time & caused undue stress. Her unprofessionalism is inexcusable. 

I recently hired Agnieszka and she has been reliable and efficient with house cleaning services. She left the house spotless and handled everything with care. I would recommend her services.
