Hello wonderful families! I'm Agnes. Currently working with a family whose contract is about to end and I'm looking for my next long term family. My experience with kids has been private nanny/babysitter for 6 years, working at the pediatric emergency unit for 2 years, and a volunteer Sunday school teacher for 2 years. I have experience with almost all ages from newborns to age 17 including special needs. Multiples including twin babies. My philosophy on child rearing is to encourage a child's natural curiosity for the world while giving them structure and a safe space to grow and learn. Agnes took great care of my 4 month old baby. Additionally, when I got home, all baby chores were done including washing, dying and folding clothes, cleaning and sterilizing bottles, and more. She communicates well and always kept me abreast of any changes. We will certainly love to use her long term.
