I'm experienced in assisting with transportation, errands, light housekeeping, meal preparation, medical management, and mobility assistance. I'm also skilled in de-escalating stressful situations, handling confusion, and incorporating memory care activities. I communicate regularly with families using their preferred method, providing updates and addressing any concerns. My patient, friendly, and empathetic nature allows me to connect with people on a personal level. I am also comfortable around pets. I am CPR and First Aid certified.
