Now it's not your average house cleaner experience but I used to be a cleaning contents/home technician who deep cleaned after fires and water damage. This gave me the ability to follow specific instructions given verbally or in writing and to always pay close attention to details to make sure that all cleaning meets professional standards. Our slow to warm up 3 year old loved her, and she was the first babysitter to engage with both her and the baby. She saved our butts with doing dishes and laundry while we were recovering from illness. 9/10! One point off because sometimes she doesn't respond to texts asking to book.
