About Adrien

I have a very diverse history working with kids! From coaching sports and ABA therapy to teaching everyday life skills in a classroom setting. I am currently preparing to start a doctoral program in clinical psychology, where I plan on specializing in early childhood development. Therefore, I primarily focus on infants to preschool-aged children. When I have spare time, I'm always looking for new ways to create! I believe in prioritizing creativity as a way for kids to learn about themselves and the world around them. One thing you should know about me is I never shy from answering a curious kid's complex questions. Don't underestimate a toddler's ability to learn big things! I've recently researched and explored somatic therapy practices. It uses playful movements as a way to teach young kids self-soothing skills that regulate their nervous systems. This has been a major tool for controlling those big feelings!
