Hi! My name is Adrienne, and I'm a postpartum doula in training offering supportive, hands-on care for new moms and their babies. I specialize in daytime support for families who need an extra set of hands during those early weeks. Whether you need help caring for your newborn, catching up on rest, or just someone to support you through the day, I'm here to help make things feel a little easier and less overwhelming. I can assist with newborn care, bottle feeding, soothing, light baby-related tasks (like bottles and laundry), and creating a calm, supportive environment so you can recover and adjust. I understand how exhausting and emotional the postpartum period can be, and my goal is to provide non-judgmental, reliable support so you don't have to do it all alone. I'm currently offering flexible daytime hours and would love to support your family!
