Adrienne began nannying for us in June 2020, when our (current) toddler was about 9-10 months old. The two bonded quickly and she gave us absolute peace of mind. I completely trusted her to take care of him and engage with him the way we needed her to. She even helped transition his naps to be independent. She was willing to follow our requests for safety with the pandemic, too. She was amazing throughout my second pregnancy and delivery, staying with him when family couldn't travel (due to pandemic restrictions). We will always be grateful for her help. As a nanny, Adrienne gives the children her full attention, engages with them, and encourages learning. She focuses on what the children enjoy and expands upon it, which is really wonderful. If you want suggestions for toys/books/activities/etc, she is a wealth of knowledge. We all love her and wish we could keep her with us forever, but we know she will be a treasure to another family who needs her help.
