I’m very happy to write this letter of recommendation, She has been with our family for the past two years, helping care for my three children, and we feel so lucky to have had her with us during this time. She is truly wonderful with kids. She’s patient, easy-going, and naturally warm — qualities that helped her build a great connection with each of my children. From day one, she created a positive and safe environment, making sure the kids felt happy, supported, and entertained. They absolutely adore her and always looked forward to spending time with her. She’s dependable, kind, and always handled whatever came her way with a calm, can-do attitude. Whether it was managing after-school activities, homework, or bedtime routines, she was organized and caring in every situation. Any family would be lucky to have her.
