I am the mother of two boys, 22 and 17 years old now. In addition to my personal experience, I have over a decade as a full time nanny to one family and countless independent care jobs throughout the years. I love to get dirty (proud tomboy) and remind myself how great it is to be a kid. I am patient and caring with the right amount of loving/ stern. My younger son was a cleft palate baby which gives me some personal experience with special needs care.
