About Adrianne

For two years Adrianne cared extremely well for our 83yr-old mother with normal pressure hydrocephalus, alzheimers, dementia, incontinence and ambulation/mobility impairment. She is kind hearted, good humored, professional, thoughtful and conscientious. She also has strong emotional intelligence and great instincts, as well as commendable interpersonal skills. I was often impressed by her eagerness to learn and to get things right. She’s a self starter who thinks of clever ways to help make things better. I found her prompt with proficient communication skills. We felt very fortunate to have had her assistance and were grateful for her help full time. She often went above and beyond for mom, and was at all times polite and courteous. She had the opportunity to work in a memory care unit where she wirked with and observed other employees and their techniques (both good and bad) for more than a year, and I’m sure that her experience there will prove invaluable for you too, should she accept your offer of employment . I’ve no doubt that she’ll do well in any care position.
