About Adrianna

Hi! My name is Adrianna, and I am currently an Education and English major at Salisbury University. I am passionate about working with children and creating safe, structured, and engaging environments where they can learn and grow. Through my coursework and field experiences, I have studied classroom management, child development, and positive reinforcement strategies, which means I understand how to support children both academically and behaviorally. I believe in patience, consistency, and clear communication, and I strive to make children feel heard, respected, and confident. I have experience working with students in academic settings and am comfortable helping with homework, reading support, and creative activities. I have also been babysitting for about 5 years and have seen many different faces and personalities! My goal is always to create a calm, fun, and supportive environment where kids feel safe and encouraged.
