About Adrianna

Hi! I'm Adrianna - a Registered Behavior Technician with 8+ years of childcare and behavioral support experience. I currently work as an RBT in a middle school and am earning my Master's in Developmental Psychology. I began babysitting at 19 and have worked in two childcare centers with infants through age 11, as well as with children of all abilities. I have extensive experience with Autism, Down syndrome, Noonan syndrome, OCD, ADHD/ADD, anxiety, and depression. I'm also trained to safely and calmly manage challenging behaviors, including self-injury and aggression. I love keeping kids engaged with crafts, dancing, Lego building, and simple science activities. I enjoy making learning playful and helping kids express themselves and use their imagination. My approach is patient, warm, and developmentally informed. I meet each child where they are and support their growth, safety, and confidence.
