Ms. Adrianna expressed immediate interest in the position after responding to the job posting with a start date of April 8th. While a video call was scheduled for Friday, a request to reschedule for Saturday was made shortly before the agreed-upon time. Unfortunately, Ms. Adrianna did not answer the call at the agreed-upon time for the rescheduled interview. While Adrianna initially conveyed flexibility for an interview, the late reschedule request and missed call demonstrate a lack of adherence to confirmed appointments. Additionally, notification of accepting another offer after the interview process had begun would have been ideal at the outset of our communication. Adrianna's communication regarding scheduling and ultimate acceptance of another offer fell short of professional expectations. This may raise concerns about her dependability in meeting commitments.
