It's about being mindful of the little things they're learning every day, the habits they're forming, and the person they're becoming. I bring a naturally nurturing approach to childcare while also valuing education, structure, patience, good manners, and age-appropriate independence. Most importantly, I understand the amount of trust it takes to place your child in someone else's care.
