I have a strong passion for working with children, especially those with special needs, and I'm pursuing a career where I can make a positive impact on their communication and development. I am currently working as an aide with a second-grade boy who has autism, providing one-on-one support to help him navigate his day, both academically and socially. Through this experience, I've gained valuable skills in patience, communication, and behavior support strategies. In addition to my current role, I have experience babysitting for families with children of various ages, and I always strive to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment.
