About Adriana

Hi! I'm Ana, and I'm a patient, encouraging tutor with experience working with elementary and middle school-aged students. While working for the YMCA, I provided tutoring and homework help to children in a supportive, positive environment. I understand that every child learns differently, so I aim to meet students where they are and explain concepts in ways that make sense to them. My goal is not only to help students complete their schoolwork, but also to build their confidence, strengthen their skills, and make learning feel less frustrating and more enjoyable. I can assist with homework, studying, reading and writing skills, basic math, and general elementary and middle school subjects. I'm dependable, patient, and comfortable working one-on-one with children who may need a little extra encouragement or help staying focused and organized.
