Hello, I am a 34 years old mother and I'm fully vaccinated. I have been the primary caregiver for my grandmother who suffers from Alzheimer's for the past 10 years, which has given me a strong passion and empathy for bringing all loved ones Quality care. I provide warm companionship by incorporating our every day skills into therapy with fun interactive games, relaxing music, dance to keep our bodies moving, indoor/outdoor exercise. I help make showering and dressing fun by making it more of a salon/spa experience. Meals/ feeding are not just something to do but we use that as a time of socializing as we would with friend on a lunch date. I make sure they keep their dignity by having them do as much for themselves as they allow. I have learned that redirection and agreeing is the best way to change any mood. This disease has taught me so much about patience and love and if given the opportunity would love to share my tools and skills I have learned with your loved one.
