Adriana has been a godsend these last few weeks! We hired her for 5 days/week, 4hrs/day to assist with after school. Our 2 boys take a lot of energy, and she's done a great job of keeping up with them and keeping them out of trouble. Activities have included reading, learning how to safely start a wood stove, piling fire wood. She also helped me correctly install the car seats! She is a great firm hand with the boys, setting clear boundaries for them in a way that makes them respect the boundaries and her. She is always calm and reasonable when working with them, taking time to explain why and how. I would definitely hire her again.
