Empowering elementary students to reach their full potential is the core of my teaching practice. With three years of experience and a graduate degree, I specialize in Math, English, and Special Education. I hold certifications as a Certified teacher, Individualized Education Programs (IEP), and Student accommodation plans (504). I prioritize a supportive environment by observing how each child interacts with new material, then tailoring my approach through visual aids and hands-on activities. I keep students motivated by breaking complex problems into manageable steps and connecting concepts to their personal interests. Because I prioritize clear communication, I maintain consistent updates to ensure we are always working as a collaborative team.
