About Adriana

Hi! I have over 6 y of experience working with children of all ages. I started as a babysitter then a tutor, helping kids with homework & building their confidence in learning. I later worked at a daycare, & a clinic for children with autism where I gained experience supporting multiple children at once and creating a fun, structured environment and learning a bunch of methods on supporting every child need I currently work as a specialized nanny where I work 1:1 with children to support their developmental and behavioral goals. This role has strengthened my patience, communication, and ability to adapt to each child's individual needs. I'm experienced in positive reinforcement, creating supportive routines, and encouraging social, emotional, & learning growth I'm passionate about creating a safe, engaging, & nurturing environment where children feel comfortable being themselves. I value building strong, trusting relationships with both children and parents.
