About Adriana

Hi families! I'm originally from Colombia, and caring for children has always been one of my greatest joys. I bring 8+ years of combined experience from my medical background and childcare roles. In Colombia, I trained with pediatric and family patients, and here in the U. S. I've worked as a Patient Care Technician supporting dialysis patients, a preschool teacher assistant, and a nanny for twins from infancy through toddlerhood. I follow a gentle/conscious parenting approach, focusing on empathy, respect, and emotional connection. I also support baby-led weaning, healthy feeding, and screen-free play to encourage creativity and real connection. Most importantly, I care for little ones with patience, intention, and lots of love - como si fueran míos.
