We hired Adriana to care for our 3-month old baby on weekdays 8-4pm. Our baby had acid reflux issues which required patience and extra care when feeding and handling her. Adriana was always punctual, great at communication, diligent and accountable. She followed our instructions and preferences, while being observant and letting us know how our baby was doing. As first-time parents, it was wonderful to have someone as cool and collected as Adriana to take care of our baby. Her experience in newborn care came in handy when we needed to navigate new developments as our baby grew. Adriana took our baby on lots of walks and kept her engaged with plenty of floor time. As a new mother, I also appreciated Adriana’s support and friendship on days that were harder than usual. We are very grateful and glad for having hired Adriana for the time that we needed full-time care.
