Adraine provided the essential professional skills for my mother and yet she was personable and respectful toward a opinionated 92 year old that did not want caregivers. My mother realized the assistance provided for her was essential and enjoyed the company of Adraine during the night shift while I got much needed sleep without any worries (my mother was a night owl, so she did not sleep at night).
