I am looking for consistent hours for nannying and/or occasional weekend date nights. I have done ESDM training (working ethically with children on the spectrum) and prioritize child-choice and autonomy at all times. Ensuring children's safety, both physically and emotionally, is always a top priority! I am very comfortable driving children in my vehicle, and am always happy to help with transportation or traveling to fun and engaging activities. I use a gentle-parenting approach, working with children outside of TV and screens. I have worked with children as young as a few months to 12 years of age. Addie has been a wonderful help to our family the past 6 months. She has been doing child pickups and afterschool care as well as some evening babysitting. She is super thoughtful. reliable, and always open to feedback. Our kids really enjoy their time with her.
