Adela started working with our son at 3 months old. She has been with us for the last year and has done a great job building a loving, safe, and fun relationship with our baby. Our son absolutely adores her. She brings a lot of joy and energy to her work with him- much more than we can often offer as sleep-deprived parents! I speak Spanish fluently but my husband does not, yet he always found it easy enough to communicate with Adela. She is receptive to suggestions and feedback and also would share ideas with us (first time parents) all for the betterment of our son. She was always on time and consistently came to work- she was very reliable. We are starting daycare and are sad to be no longer working with Adela every day but we’re hoping we’ll still be able to see her every once in a while for occasional babysitting.
