Aj gives care that is above and beyond to my elderly mom who was experiencing early dementia as well as with myself. She treated my mom as cognizant and able while at the same time doing for her what she wasn't able to do for herself. Aj inquired on her general schedule and was more than accommodating with any changes she noticed with my mom. Aj involved herself as a friend when my mom was up to activities that she once did or encouraged her to participate in them from information we gave. My mom was 91 and had several hospitalizations due to severe medical conditions. Aj kept me and my mom company at the hoslital. My mom died while there at the age of 91. Aj gave both of us space in accepting the home challenges dealing with the severity of my mom's decline with grace.
