About Addy

We tried with Addy on multiple occasions, first she came out to do a consultation and then made a definitive appointment to come and do the job. With zero communication she simply did not show up and I thought to reach out and contact her and simply find out if there was a reason she didn't communicate with regards to missing her agreed upon time and date to do the job that we had spoke about which was cleaning the house. Upon speaking with her via phone the communication was that she was so busy and there was a whole array of excuses. Even then his gracious and kind for giving that I am decided to give her another ,shot so we scheduled for the next month and when I contacted her to make sure she's coming, she hung up the phone very rude disrespectful childish and inexperienced certainly not a reflection of care.com I hope. This needs to be very very clear that anyone looking at Addy for any sort of consideration of reliability decency and basic adult communication, skip this one. Missing an appointment is one thing completely being rude and disrespectful is another thing it won't be tolerated. When you hang up the phone on people you should expect reviews of this of this kind.
