I have experience supporting children and individuals with special needs and enjoy creating a patient, structured, and positive environment. I have spent many years helping care for my cousin with Down syndrome and have also been around and assisted children on the autism spectrum. These experiences helped me develop strong patience, empathy, and an understanding of different communication styles and needs. I'm comfortable helping with daily routines, engaging activities, companionship, and providing a calm and supportive presence. I'm always open to learning more about each individual's needs and working closely with families to make sure the support I provide is respectful, compassionate, and consistent.
