I bring over a year of hands-on experience in early childhood education, specializing in the care and development of infants and toddlers. In my current role as a Lead Infant Teacher, I create and maintain a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate environment for children aged 6 weeks to 18 months. I am responsible for implementing curriculum aligned with early learning standards, maintaining open communication with families, and ensuring accurate tracking of developmental milestones. Previously, I worked as an Assistant Toddler Teacher, where I supported the lead teacher in daily routines, curriculum activities, and promoting toddlers' social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
