Witnessing my loved one's journey with dementia ignited my passion for supporting others in maintaining their highest quality of life. For the past four years, I have dedicated myself to providing compassionate, patient care, including approximately one year of professional experience in a care facility. I hold a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) certification/degree, along with CPR and First Aid certifications, to provide safe, confident, and compassionate care. My approach centers on building trust, preserving independence, and ensuring every individual feels heard. I have experience in memory care, including redirecting attention and managing behavioral changes with a calm, empathetic presence. I am comfortable assisting with mobility, personal care, meal preparation, and daily routines.
