With 5 years of formal childcare experience with ages ranging from 3 months to 12 years, and 2 years of experience working at a local high school, I'm comfortable and passionate about working with all kinds of youth. Throughout my experience with twins, special needs, and always having 2+ kids, I consistently approached childcare with compassion and understanding. My ultimate goal is to make your life easier-whether that's peace of mind with your child's safety, or doing dishes and laundry during naps. I love helping families thrive and I strive to be as supportive as possible. I'm always open to providing references. My values when working with kids include open communication, problem solving, empathy and kindness, and ultimately working towards a genuine connection where they feel safe and supported.
